Welcome Sponsors and Exhibitors! Thank you for your participation in CHI's BioLogic Summit 2026!
The 2026 exhibitor kit is now available in the Pre-event Portal (PEP).
In-Person Booth SPECS: One 8x10 Exhibit space includes side rails and backdrop with pipe and drape and a company ID sign. Additional furnishings and materials can be ordered through the event General Contractor for on-site event. Information for ordering will be provided in your exhibitor kit.
Please note that this is a conference-driven event. The exhibit hall is open during the hours listed below. The dedicated viewing times reflect those times when there is a break in the conference session rooms.

8:00am - 4:00pm Exhibit Booth Set-up
3:35 – 4:30pm Refreshment Break in the Exhibit Hall with Poster Viewing - Dedicated Viewing
5:40 – 6:40pm Networking Reception in the Exhibit Hall with Poster Viewing - Dedicated Viewing
4:20 – 4:50pm Refreshment Break in the Exhibit Hall with Poster Viewing - Dedicated Viewing
1:00 – 1:40pm Refreshment Break in the Exhibit Hall with Poster Viewing - Dedicated Viewing
**Exhibit hours are subject to change.**
*EARLY BREAK-DOWN: Exhibitors may only breakdown their exhibits at the pre-determined time assigned by the Sponsor. Exhibitors that break-down prior to this pre-determined time will pay an early break-down penalty fee of $500 to the Sponsor.
